Receiving
Whether your suppliers are across the street or across the globe, as a 3LINX client, you can have products directed to our Allentown, PA facility. Our facility is served by all major carriers daily that bring in individual boxes, pallets (LTL), Truckload (TL) or containers. After taking delivery, our experienced receiving staff will verify the count of items received and note any damages/discrepancies. Once everything checks out, putaway will be authorized to move the product into storage.
Storage
Our distribution facility offers variety of product storage option from small compartments to tear-drop pallet shelving. Storage is billed in terms of 4'x4'x4' cubes of space used. Our clients rest assured in the knowledge that both the client and us want to get the most our of the warehouse space without compromising picking accuracy.
Picking
We receive and process orders from a variety of sources such as email, fax, phone and file upload (.txt, .csv, excel .xls) to real-time integration via XML and EDI. Our philosophy is to make it easy for our clients us to send us orders any way they choose. Orders are processed throughout the day while providing complete visibility to our clients and operations department regarding the status of each order. Accurate picking and verification allow us to maintain high inventory accuracy standards.
Packing
Orders are processed based on the time they were received as well as the requested ship method. Our packing staff understands that every package that leaves our facility doesn't just reflect on us but also our clients. Therefore, special attention is paid to the little details like making sure the contents are secure, the packing material used and the tape are properly in place. We appreciate that before the customer has even had a chance to open the package, they've already made their first impression on how the client delivers on their promise.
Shipping

Returns
Nobody likes processing returns but they're an integral part of any logistics operations. At 3LINX, we believe that efficient returns processing provides business savvy companies an opportunity to take occasional shoppers into lifelong customers. Our returns management process is completely web-based and clients alert the returns department of all returns inbound and using the web interface instruct their proper disposition. Using the online interface allows, clients, the customer service staff and our returns department to operate as a team driven to attend to the customers needs immediately.
