As CEO of 3LINX, Aley has set the tone for 3LINX's mission to become the premier service provider in the 21st century. Today, Aley successfully leads efforts to implement the strong military work ethic, discipline and commitment to excellence at 3LINX as he did in active duty.
Mr. Raza retired as a Brigadier General with over 35 years of military logistics experience to his credit. He holds dual degrees in Mathematics and War Studies.

As President of 3LINX, Kashif Raza joined forces with his father, Aley Raza, to help transform their company into a global solutions provider.
Kashif earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kashif went on to join the Quantitative Equity Research Group at Putnam Investments in Boston, MA.
Kashif also dedicates time to the Raza Foundation, a family initiative, sponsoring youth education in third world countries.
