Is your system compatible with my existing website or sales channel?
  3LINX can integrate with virtually any shopping cart or order management system. No matter which sales channel you choose, adding 3LINX as an order fulfillment back-end is easy and affordable. With our integrated system, you simply ship your inventory to us and forward send the orders as you sell. We accept orders in any form (XML, EDI, excel, csv, email, phone or fax) and guarantee 1 business day order fulfillment. You maintain visibility into your business operations at all times as if you were onsite.
I already have a shopping cart / ERP system in place. Can you integrate with my system without reinventing the wheel?
  No problem - the key point is to not re-invent the wheel. Our integration team can provide details of our import schemas to make the flow of information as smooth as possible. What type of clients would use 3LINXs services and capabilities?
  3LINX provides a solution for a variety of clients that include business-to-business and business-to-consumer. We serve startups, small to mid-sized businesses, manufacturers, distributors, publishing houses and best-selling authors. Our solutions seamlessly "plugs in" to a client's existing operation delivering superior customer satisfaction, increased sales and enhanced customer retention.
How is my product protected from theft and other hazards?
  We are located in a class A business park in a highly secure area. Our facility has 24/7 monitoring of the electronic security system and is equipped with a state of the art sprinkler system. Clients are offered insurance plans depending on their inventory value that covers their inventory against theft, damage or other hazards. We guarantee that your inventory is absolutely secure with 3LINX. We will reimburse any loss or damage.
You store one SKU in one cubic space of 4’ x 4’ x 4’. My products are quite small. Can I save on storage in any way?
  We do not sell storage space and want to make the best use of available storage. Wherever possible we try to store more than one SKU per cubic space without compromising the principles of good house keeping. If products are not stored properly it may result in wrong picking and we wish to avoid wrong shipments at all costs.
Tell me about your technology platform? Is it secure?
  Your information is absolutely secure and our site is secured by Verisign technology. We provide you a user ID and password to access our secure site. You can easily load orders, view your inventory or look up order status and obtain much more useful information about your business activity.
How do you provide visibility into an order’s status? Can my sales staff view that?
  We provide you a user ID and password to access our Order Management System. You or your staff can easily view the status of your current order or order history in addition to other useful information about you business activity.
What’s your turnaround time?
  We offer guaranteed one business day fulfillment although most orders are shipped the same day. RUSH orders are accepted up to 5 PM Eastern time and are guaranteed to be shipped the same day.
Is postage printed on US Postal Service packages you ship?
  All electronically manifested mailing does not show the postage on the label. However some articles (international) that have to be booked over the Post Office counter show the postage.
Do you offer delivery confirmation?
  US Postal Service has certified us for electronic manifesting. All manifested mailing bears a tracking number using which the delivery confirmation can be tracked on line.
What if I want an urgent order to be shipped the same day?
  RUSH orders are accepted up to 5 PM Eastern Time and will ship the same day.
I'd like my buyers to know the status of their orders. Can you do that?
  3LINX ensures that both our clients and their customers are aware of exactly where their order is. Clients can track an order as its processed and rest assured that all orders received by 3LINX will be shipped within one business day. Every package leaving our facility bears a tracking number and based on the client's preference, we notify the client's customers as soon as their order is shipped. We feel that by doing this, the customer is much more comfortable with the transaction and the merchant resulting in repeat business for the Client.
How can I be sure my product is sent on time?
  Fulfillment is our specialty and we do it best. We start processing your order as soon as it is received. Orders are typically shipped within one business day. As soon as your order is shipped the tracking information is updated on the web and you can see it on line from anywhere. If you so choose we can also send an email to your customer.
How are mistakes handled?
  We guarantee not only fast but accurate processing of your orders. If any mistakes ever happen you are not charged any fulfillment for that order and we will ship the replacement item at our cost.
What visibility do you offer into my inventory? Can I monitor stock levels?
  As a 3LINX client, you will get access to your online portal detailing your inventory and order history in real-time 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. As orders are shipped, the inventory count will be adjusted generating necessary notifications to alert you of reorder points etc.
How much business should I be doing every month?
  We request clients to provide us at least $1,000 in monthly fulfillment fees. Why the minimum? Some clients need a little time to get their businesses off the ground and with a low minimum, we lend them a helping hand.  Your account will be billed $1,000 or your actual fulfillment bill — whichever is higher — per month.
